Whew! Last week was so busy getting ready for Thanksgiving and wrapping up at school for a long week that there were several nights we just
grabbed something quick. I just could not find time to get into the
kitchen and cook. As a mother, I felt some guilt feeding my kids fast
food and frozen pizza, so I have made it my goal to have a very well
stocked pantry and some meals in the freezer for the next time that I
have zero time to get into the kitchen and cook a meal. And wahoo! It is finally getting cold enough for us to enjoy soups more often so I have planned several nights of yummy soup!
Have a great week!

Your menu sounds really good! We had pizza twice last week! Need to get my menu going for the week, but at least I know what we're having tonight! Enjoy your day!
